The Coliseum is the internal arena where variants of each Being compete under Unblinded Formula scoring. Winners breed into losers. The ecosystem evolves. You only ever talk to the strongest of the line.
How It Works
Four Phases. Continuous Evolution.
Field
Variants of each Being are populated into the arena with controlled differences in identity, framing, and Formula calibration.
Score
Each variant runs the same client scenarios. Outputs are scored across the Unblinded Formula dimensions — influence, listening, integrity, outcome.
Breed
Winners breed into losers. Strong characteristics propagate; weak ones die out. The next generation is more masterful than the last.
Ship
The Being that emerges from the Coliseum is what you talk to. Not the first draft. Not the lucky one. The survivor of thousands of rounds.
Why It Matters
Most AI ships v1 and patches it later. ACTi ships the survivor.
The difference between an AI assistant that gets things mostly right and an ACTi Being that consistently causes outcomes is not the model. It's the discipline of evaluation. Every Being on this site has been pressure-tested against the Unblinded Formula's scoring dimensions by competing against itself, repeatedly, before you ever talk to it. The mediocre variants died.
